TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms govern your use of Chauffeur Driiven services.

Bookings

All bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email. A booking is only confirmed once we have acknowledged and accepted it.

Pricing and payment

  • Prices are provided at the time of booking or upon request
  • Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, or changes to the journey
  • Payment terms will be confirmed at booking

Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made within a reasonable timeframe before the scheduled journey (i.e. 24 hours notice before travel).
  • Late cancellations may incur a charge
  • No-shows may be charged in full

Waiting time

  • Airport pickups may include complimentary waiting time (30–60 minutes)
  • Additional waiting time may be charged

Passengers must:

  • Provide accurate booking details
  • Be ready at the agreed pickup time
  • Treat vehicles and drivers with respect

We reserve the right to refuse service if behaviour is unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate.

Liability

We will make every effort to ensure timely arrivals. However, we are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather
  • Road closures
  • Events beyond our control
  • Luggage
  • Unforeseen vehicle issues

Passengers are responsible for ensuring their luggage is suitable for the selected vehicle. Excess luggage may result in refusal of service or additional charges.

Vehicle allocation

We reserve the right to substitute vehicles when necessary while maintaining a similar standard of service.

Amendments

We may update these terms at any time. Use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
